BCC Memorial Plaques
The form for ordering a BCC memorial plaque can be found here. Please complete it as best you can and return it to the BCC office. If you are not sure of the some of this information, Rabbi Lisa can help you. The cost of a single memorial plaque is $500. Payment must be received in full before the memorial plaque is ordered. After your order is placed, the plaque takes 6 to 10 weeks to be completed.
