Film Club: Twilight of the Golds
Join us every other month to screen films of interest to our community. Saturday, October 25. Havdalah at 7pm, movie at 7:30pm. All BCC Film Club events are at BCC, free and open to the public. Bring your favorite snacks to share!
We’ll be screening Twilight of the Golds (1996), a story of a mother who has a genetic analysis done on her unborn child. She discovers that although she has a healthy baby, it will most likely be born gay, like her brother. She must decide whether to keep the child or to have an abortion. Her family enters into a crisis about love and acceptance as she makes this difficult choice. Starring Jennifer Beals, Jon Tenney, Garry Marshall, Faye Dunaway and Brendan Fraser.
