Friday, July 4, EARLY Independence Day Shabbat Services, 6pm. Rabbi Lisa and Special Guest Cantor, Nancy Cohen will lead Shabbat Services. We welcome back Cantor Cohen who was BCC’s Vice President and Ritual Chair in the 80’s and studied cantorial music with Hazzan Allan Michelson (z”l), Hazzan Nathan Lam, & Cantor William Sharlin (z”l). Please join us for another welcoming of Shabbat!
For our friends outside Los Angeles: Friday Shabbat Services will be live streamed. After services join us for Oneg refreshments. Sunday, July 6, BCC Women’s Swim Party & Potluck, 11am-3pm. You are invited to Lisa & Tracy’s Annual Swim Party! It was great fun last year. All women are welcome. Bring your bathing suit, towel, hat and a nosh to share! One grill for veggie fare and one for meat will be hot! Soda and non-alcoholic beer will be cold! No pork or shellfish, please.
