A Unique Journey Through Israel
A Wider Bridge invites you on a Unique Journey Through Israel
October 30 – November 9, 2013
Whether you’ve never been to Israel or go regularly, A Wider Bridge’s third annual LGBTQ Trip to Israel will give you an unparalleled opportunity to connect with the land, its people, and your roots. Traveling through Israel as an LGBTQ community and engaging directly with the country’s LGBTQ leaders, artists and activists will give you an experience of Israel unlike any other. And we are thrilled that Cantor Juval Porat will be joining us once again as “cantor-in-residence.”
Participants on previous trips have described the experience as “transformational” and “inspiring.” If you have been thinking about a trip to Israel but haven’t found the right one, this could be it. And for those in need, there are scholarships that can be applied for.
Cantor Juval Porat will be our clergy-guide this year as well. He will show you around Israel from the Jewish aspect, but with an LGBT flavor. For more information about the trip, or if you have any questions, please contact info@awiderbridge.org
