Friday, June 27, 8pm: Ruach Chayim Musical Shabbat Service. Join Rabbi Lisa Edwards and Cantor Juval Porat, drash by Nate Looney and special guests: percussionist, Marla Leigh Goldstein and pianist, Matthew L. Cohen (get to know Matthew here)+ Aufruf for Nate Looney & Amira Hasenbush. Services are followed by a social hour of refreshments sponsored by Nate Looney & Amira Hasenbush in honor of their wedding. New friends are welcome!
For our friends outside Los Angeles: Friday Shabbat Services will be live streamed. After services join us for Oneg refreshments. Friday, June 27 at 10pm/ Saturday, June 28 at 2pm: Small Parts. Sunday, June 29 at 10am: BCC Books & Bagels. Join the BCC Book group to discuss An Officer and a Spy, by Robert Harris. A historical novel and spy thriller based on the Dreyfus affair in France and its impact on the Jewish community and the French military. The group meets in private homes and space is limited.
