Weekend Activities at BCC: March 7-9 / 2014
Friday, March 7 at 8pm: Shabbat Services led by Rabbi Lisa Edwards and Cantor Juval Porat. BCC member, Adam Kulbersh introduces the 2014 Humanitarian Awards recipients to the congregation. They are: Brad Sears (Herman Humanitarian Award), Zsa Zsa Gershick & Elissa Barrett (Perl Tzedek Award) AND Felicia Park-Rogers (Presidents’ Award). After services meet the honorees over coffee and pastries sponsored by Mark Miller, in honor of his 50th Bar Mitzvah Anniversary. Wow- so many blessing this Shabbat!
For our friends outside Los Angeles: Friday Shabbat Services will be live streamed. After services join us for Oneg refreshments. Saturdays March 8 at 10:00 am: Ohr Chayim family service. All BCC families with children, toddlers, or babies (regardless of whether or not you are enrolled in Ohr Chayim) are invited to join us for our Shabbat services. 10am-10:30am. This week Cantor Juval will lead a Family Service.
