Jewish Genetic Disease Screening

On Tuesday, May 13 between 5-9pm, BCC teams up with Wilshire Boulevard Temple and the L.A. Jewish Genetic Disease Prevention Project to screen for Ashkenazi/Sephardi/Persian panels of Jewish genetic diseases for which 1 in 4 Jews are carriers.

Any person between the ages of 18-50 can consider participating.  The maximum out of pocket screening cost to those with insurance is expected to be $25. The screening will take place at the West Los Angeles Audrey and Sydney Irmas campus of Wilshire Boulevard Temple at 11661 W. Olympic Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA 90064.
